How do I receive bid invitations from Immel Construction? add remove

If you’re wondering how to get on Immel’s bid invitation list and receive notification of upcoming projects, first complete a SUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION form if your company has not done so already with Immel.

Then you will need to REGISTER with our bid software, iSqFt.

Do I need to be pre-qualified to bid on construction jobs with Immel? add remove

Yes. Please complete a PREQUALIFICATION form so you can quickly and efficiently bid on new jobs as they become available.

What steps does Immel take to ensure a safe jobsite? add remove

We take safety very seriously. As a recognized safety-conscious contractor, prevention of injuries to our employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and any visitors to our job sites is our first and primary concern. We provide extensive resources for the education of our employees, and all subcontractors are welcome to attend these training sessions. As well, our construction partners are expected to maintain a safe worksite and participate in our Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP).
