Unique to this project was a covered drive-through loading area for merchandise pickup, and exterior finishes were chosen based on the local design guidelines and vernacular.
Description
The Sam’s Club in Somers, Wisconsin included a new retail center that offers its members home furnishing, grocery, pharmacy, automotive repair, and photo lab services all under one roof. This site development included a new retail store, gas station, and car wash.
