Home2 Suites is a new four-story extended stay hotel with guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and meeting rooms.
Each suite in the hotel will feature full kitchens, modular furniture, internet service and guests can now utilize communal spaces, a combined laundry room, a small market, complimentary breakfast, fire pit, grill area, indoor saline pool and fitness center.
Immel served as the construction manager for the project, and worked with the Owner and Architect during pre-construction to provide services including preliminary cost estimates, constructability review, and preliminary construction scheduling.
