Family Dollar-Dollar Tree

The partnership between Family Dollar and Dollar Tree dollar store chains has provided customers with a one-stop-shop to a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Immel Construction completed the construction of the 10,465 square foot pre-engineered metal building in a 3-month construction period. The new store opened to customers in this rural setting soon after construction completion as one of many new “Combo” stores in the U.S.

The design of this store allowed for functional product setup and took into consideration the dual brands. The store houses an extensive sales floor, 1,100 square foot stockroom, bathrooms and employee offices.
