Minority and Woman-Owned Business FAQs

Immel wants to assist our clients in meeting their goals for participation by small and diverse businesses. Over the past 60+ years, we have consistently made efforts to foster the growth and prosperity of a diverse workforce at our company, in our industry, and in our communities. We do this not just to secure projects in the short term, but because we know it is important that every person we hire feels they are included and that they belong.
