I have worked for Immel over 25 years. My dad worked for Immel at the time I started, and I know a couple other people that worked for Immel. They all told me it was a great company to work for, so I gave it a try. You're not just a number at Immel. If you ever need to speak with upper management, you could walk right into the office and speak with them.
