Wolf River Development Company for years has envisioned a centralized, expanded office space for their staff. Their team celebrated the official groundbreaking of their new facility with a groundbreaking ceremony on September 30th. The new facility, located on Go Around Road in Keshena, will replace their existing office locations.
With Immel Construction as the Contractor and McMahon as the Architect, the 21,100 square foot building will incorporate several functions. WRDC's new 3-story building will include a drive through coffee shop and retail space while also combining the organization's existing locations into one for a synchronous collaboration experience for their staff.
The project is expected to be completed in Summer 2025.
The purpose of the WRDC is to investigate, review, consider, pursue and conduct any nongaming commercial activity of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
